Cancellations and Refunds

1.1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order of physical merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

1.2. To request a cancellation, please notify us in writing within 14 days and return the item in its original, unused condition within 7 days of notification. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

1.3. Digital items (e.g., items of downloadable content) are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

Non-Refundable Items

1.4. The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Application Fees
  • Membership Fees (including renewals)
  • Student Registration Fees
  • Practice Licence Fees
  • Examination Fees

Subscription and Membership Renewals

1.5. Membership and subscription fees must be paid by the due date unless written notice of resignation is received at least one month prior.
1.6. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of membership and reinstatement fees may apply.

Dispatch and Delivery

1.7. Secure membership items (e.g., certificates) may take up to 28 days for dispatch.
1.8. Textbooks and merchandise are dispatched weekly.

Lost Items

1.9. ICB is not liable for lost items once they have been dispatched. Certificates can be replaced for a fee and will be marked as "Copy."
